------------------------------------------------------ delivery and payment infor: * i have a full-time job - i will try to send out all items twice a week. if not, all items will be sent out every saturday (singapore time). if you need the item urgently, drop me a note ok?? * all items are refundable and exchangeable. however shipping costs are non-refundable. * all items that are to be refund or exchange must be sent back to moi. upon checking the returned item(s), the appropriate refund or exchange will then be issued. * in any case, just let me know what is the damage and we see how it goes!! :) * i only accept payment via paypal. however for singapore customers, i will allow cash-on-delivery or tt to my bank account. just drop me a message via etsy to let me know.
